We had a good stay overall, with a beautiful hotel and lovely beach nearby. The room was spacious and well-designed, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, our check-in experience was a bit frustrating, and we faced some issues with hot water and an unpleasant smell in the room. While it was a luxurious experience, it didn’t completely meet our expectations for a top-tier hotel.

We had an incredible time at this luxurious hotel, making it the perfect ending to our honeymoon around Bali. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, particularly the Ocean View Suite with its amazing amenities. The service provided by the staff was absolutely top-notch, creating a personalized experience for us. However, some aspects like the dining variety left room for improvement, even though the quality was high. Overall, it was definitely a great value for our money, and we can't wait to return!
